CareGenix is already exploring AI tools to enhance our care coordinators’ efficiency and provide more predictive insights into patient health trends.
Second, proactive engagement strategies will dominate the care model. Instead of waiting for patients to fall into a crisis, healthcare providers will rely on RPM, CCM, and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) to stay ahead of complications.
